All orders on successfully installed software are final, no refunds will be given. Refunds may be considered by Ecreations Software Inc. if the software is not successfully installed - this is solely at the discretion of Ecreations Software and does not apply to self-installations. All orders are subject to verification prior to installation and all amounts are in US funds. The initial installation is covered in the price of the software and we recommend doing it for you (mainly for support reasons). Installation is normally done within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. In the case that you must perform your own installation and are ordering by credit card, a waiting period (allow up to 5 days) may apply before we release the source code. This situation only applies to those performing their own installation who have ordered on credit.
