Their support is second to none. As I'm not a proper programmer, I've been a real headache for them but they always try to answer my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way. The software has the odd idiosyncrasy but you'll get that anywhere. On the whole it's excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend BAC and their products.
