We provide free email and forum support for one year. This service is included at no extra cost. After one year, there is a cost - equivalent to 30% of the then current price of our software license - to receive technical support (and upgrades) for another year. Technical support can include simply answering questions or, if Ecreations Software deems it necessary, logging in to your server to investigate and repair problems. If you think you will require phone support, please contact us and we will negotiate a Phone Support Contract that is beneficial to your specific needs.
